[Defective items] If the downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be played, please contact us at proppo.contact@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement file or issue a refund after investigation.
[Non-defective items] Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or cancellations after download. Please review the preview on the product page before purchasing.
[Credits] Purchased credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash (except as provided in the Terms of Service).

- Each purchased video can be downloaded up to 3 times per purchase. For purchases made without an account, please download within 7 days using the link sent by email
- Free downloads are limited to 20 per day
- An account is required to purchase AE projects
- Credits do not expire
- The scope of use for assets is set out in the License
