Information We Collect

We may collect the following information.

Account information (email address and password). Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be restored.
Purchase history, credit usage history, and download history
Payment information (amount, transaction ID, and the email address used for payment). Card numbers are not included.
Contact form submissions (name, email address, and message)
Video requests (request details, reference URL, and an optional email address)
Name, email address, and message entered when sending support (tips), obtained through Stripe
Connection information such as IP addresses
Cookies (to keep you signed in)

How We Use Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes.

Providing our service (account management, sales and downloads of assets, and credit management)
Processing payments and confirming purchases
Responding to inquiries and video requests
Preventing fraud and ensuring security (such as limiting login attempts and responding to use that violates the Terms of Service)
Sending important notices (such as purchase confirmations, account deletion confirmations, and notices of changes to or termination of the service)

Third Party Services

PROPPO entrusts part of the handling of personal information to the following providers. Please also review each service's privacy policy.

Hosting: Vercel (United States)
Database: Supabase (United States). Data is stored in the Tokyo region.
File delivery and bot protection: Cloudflare (United States)
Email delivery: Resend (United States)

These providers are U.S. companies, and personal information may be handled in the United States. We use each provider under contractual terms for the appropriate handling of personal information (such as data processing terms). Information about the personal information protection system in the United States is available on the website of Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission.

Payment Information

Your card number and security code are entered directly on the secure checkout pages of our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We only keep order details such as the amount, transaction ID, and contact email — never your card information. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, which comply with the PCI DSS security standard.

Security Measures

PROPPO takes the following measures to prevent leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information.

Access to personal information is limited, and two-factor authentication is required for the admin area
The database is configured so that each user can access only their own data
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS)
Login attempt limits and bot protection help prevent unauthorized logins
Card information is not stored; payments are processed by payment providers
Because we use U.S. providers, we take the above measures with an understanding of the personal information protection system in the United States

Data Retention

When you delete your account, account information such as your email address and credit balance is deleted.
Transaction records (amount, date, transaction ID, etc.) are retained for 7 years in accordance with tax laws. For purchases made without an account, the transaction record includes the contact email address.
Inquiries, video requests, and security records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill their purposes.
Deleted information is also removed from backups within about two weeks.

Your Rights

You may request disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties of your personal information. Please contact us at proppo.contact@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, we will respond without delay.

You can delete your account at any time from My Page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated policy on this page.
