Users can purchase and download assets by creating an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Purchases of paid assets are processed through our payment service providers (Stripe and PayPal).

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after purchase. However, if a downloaded file has a critical defect (e.g., corrupted or unplayable), please contact us at proppo.contact@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement file or issue a refund after investigation.

PROPPO credits are valid indefinitely after purchase.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Each purchased video asset can be downloaded up to 3 times per purchase.

PROPPO may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for how they use the assets.

PROPPO is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the assets.

These terms may be updated without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
